1. Services

Advanced Leak Detection provides pool and spa leak detection and repair services in Florida. We operate under State Certified Swimming Pool Contractor license CPC 056992. All services are subject to scheduling availability and an initial evaluation.

2. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide written warranties on our work: up to 3 years for major repairs, 2 years for minor repairs, and 60 days for leak detections. These warranties are provided in writing at the time of service and are subject to the specific terms outlined in your service agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

When booking services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your property and the issue. You must ensure our technicians have safe and clear access to the pool, spa, and equipment areas during the scheduled appointment.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Advanced Leak Detection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services or website.
