Tile-Saver™ Crack Injection
The only permanent fix for leaking tile-line separations that doesn't mean expensive retiling. Flexible expanding resin is injected deep into the crack.
The Retiling Method
When the beam separates from the deck, cracking the tile line, most companies tell you the entire tile band must be replaced.
- Requires draining the pool below the tile line
- Chipping off expensive decorative tile
- Thousands of dollars in masonry work
- Often results in mismatched replacement tiles
- Doesn't address the underlying expansion void
Tile-Saver™ Injection
We save your tile by injecting a specialized expanding resin directly into the separation void behind the tile line.
- Saves your existing tile completely
- No draining required
- Resin expands to fill the entire void
- Remains flexible to handle deck expansion
- Costs a fraction of full tile replacement
How It Works
Targeted Drilling
We drill tiny, precise injection ports through the grout lines, completely avoiding damage to the ceramic or glass tiles.
Resin Injection
A specialized two-part polyurethane resin is injected under pressure into the void between the pool beam and the deck.
Expansion & Seal
The resin expands up to 20 times its volume, filling every micro-fissure and curing into a tough, flexible, watertight seal.
Before & After — Tile-Saver™ flexible resin injection. No retiling, no demolition.
5-Year Warranty
