Leak Detection
If we locate a leak and water loss resumes within 90 days, we come back at no charge, re-test the entire system, and find whatever was missed.

Warranty 01
The Leak Detection Warranty.
When we perform a leak detection, we don't just look at the spot that's been causing trouble — we isolate and test the entire pool system: shell, plumbing, and equipment pad. Whether we identify a leak or confirm there isn't one, that diagnosis is warranted for the next 90 days.
If water loss resumes within the 90-day window, call us. We return at no charge and resume testing until the answer is found.
What's covered
- Return visit and full system re-test at no charge
- Identification of any leak missed the first time
- An updated written diagnostic report
- Minor on-the-spot repairs needed to address a missed leak
What isn't covered
- New leaks that develop after our visit from physical damage or neglect
- Work performed by other contractors that alters the system
- Damage from unrelated events (storm damage, freeze damage, and similar)
Warranty 02
The Minor Repair Warranty.
When we complete a minor repair on the spot — a patch, a fitting replacement, or similar small-scope work — that repair is warranted for three full years from the date of completion.
That matters more than it sounds. The industry standard for on-the-spot patches is 30 days or less, and many companies don't warranty them at all. Two years, in writing, because a repair you can't rely on isn't really a repair.

- On-the-spot patches and sealant applications
- Fitting replacements and similar small-scope fixes
- Return visit and re-repair at no charge if the work fails
What isn't covered
- Normal wear on consumable components (o-rings, gaskets)
- Damage from third-party work or unrelated equipment failure
- New leaks at locations different from the original repair
Warranty 03
The Major Repair Warranty.
Five years is not a marketing number. It's the length of time we know — from repairing Florida pools since 1997 — that our repair methods hold up under real-world conditions. Most companies warranty major repairs for 30 days or less, or offer a verbal guarantee that evaporates the moment something fails. We put 60 months in writing.
This warranty covers our full repair toolkit, including the patented Deck Saver™ Internal Pipe Repair, Tile-Saver™ crack injection, and Keyed Gasket-Way structural repairs — the methods that fix leaks without draining your pool or demolishing your deck.
What's covered
- Structural crack repairs (vertical shell and bond beam cracks)
- Internal pipe repairs (Deck Saver™)
- Standard pipe repairs
- Skimmer and drain pot replacement
What isn't covered
- Extensions of the original crack beyond the repaired area
- Third-party work that alters or compromises the repair
- Chemical damage from extreme water chemistry imbalance
- Repairs damaged during later renovations
