Why Pros Send Us Work

The company pool pros have trusted since 1997.

Most of our work arrives exactly one way: a pool professional recommends us. That referral pipeline only works because we protect it — with honest diagnostics, specialist-only scope, and repairs your customer will thank you for.

Master-level diagnostics

Pressure testing, dye testing, electronic listening, and a full underwater dive inspection on every job. We find the leaks that guesswork misses — the first time.

Repairs others can’t do

Our patented Deck Saver™ Internal Pipe Repair plus Tile-Saver™, Keyed Gasket-Way, and Arthroscopic Pipe Repair fix leaks without draining or demolition — so your customer’s deck stays intact.

Reports that make you look good

Our written findings run 2–3× more detailed than the industry norm — current condition plus future concerns — and you can pass them straight to your customer.

How It Works

Refer a job in under two minutes.

No forms to fax, no hoops. Send it however is easiest from the truck — and we take it from there.

1

Send us the job

Call or text (727) 467-0078 with the customer’s name, address, and what you’re seeing — or use the online form. Either works. Texting from the truck is how most pros do it.

2

We handle everything

We schedule directly with the homeowner, run the full diagnostic workup, and quote any repair in writing before work begins. You don’t chase anything.

3

You get the report back

After the job, we close the loop with a written report of what we found and fixed — so you can update your customer and keep the credit for solving it.

Typical response: we’ll confirm receipt same business day and schedule the visit directly with your customer.

The Field Checklist

What to send from the truck.

None of this is required — a name and address is enough to start. But the more of this you can grab while you’re on site, the faster we pinpoint the problem and the better your referral looks.

Not sure it’s even a leak? Have the homeowner run a proper bucket test first — it separates real leaks from evaporation and saves everyone a wasted visit.

Pro Tip — The Bucket Test

Pump off, valves isolated, bucket marked on the top step. Each body of water should stay within 1/16″ of the bucket per day. If one body drops more — that’s a leak, and that’s our department. Need the full directions for a newer tech? Ask us and we’ll send our step-by-step instructions.

  • Bucket test results

How much the pool dropped vs. the bucket, and over how many days. Even a rough “about an inch a day” helps us triage.

  • Water loss: pump ON vs. pump OFF

Loses more with the pump running points to the pressure side; more with it off suggests the shell or suction side. This one detail narrows the hunt dramatically.

  • Photos or video of the suspect area

Skimmer throat cracks, tile-line cracks, wet deck spots, soggy lawn patches, air bubbles at the returns — snap it and text it to us.

  • Equipment & autofill status

Backwash valve position, autofill on or off, any recent repairs. Rules out the false alarms before we roll a truck.

  • Pool basics

Approximate size, attached spa or water features, surface type, and anything the homeowner has already tried.

Missing half of this? Send the job anyway — the diagnostic workup covers everything on arrival.

After the Job

What comes back to you.

A referral to us should make your week easier, not create loose ends. Here’s the standard every referred job gets.

The written report

What we tested, what we found, what we fixed, and what to watch — 2–3× more detail than the industry standard.

Warranty in writing

Detections guaranteed 60 days. Minor repairs carry a 2-year warranty, major repairs 3 years — industry-leading coverage your customer keeps on file.

Your account, untouched

We never quote cleaning, chemicals, or weekly service. The customer is handed straight back to you — every single time.

Straight answers, fast

If it’s evaporation and not a leak, we say so. An honest “no leak found” protects your reputation as much as ours.

$10,000+The quote we beat with a $200 fix

True story: a franchise pool store owner bid over $10,000 to rebuild a leaking spa. The pro who referred it to us instead watched us find the actual leak and fix it for a couple hundred dollars. That’s the diagnosis your referral gets — and that homeowner never forgot who recommended us.

Straight Answers

Questions pool pros actually ask.

Will you try to take over my service account?
No — and this is the foundation of the whole relationship. We are a leak detection and leak repair specialist only. We don’t offer weekly service, cleaning, or chemical programs, so there is nothing for us to compete over. Your customer is returned to you with the leak solved.
How fast can you get to my customer?
We’ll confirm your referral the same business day and schedule directly with the homeowner. We cover Tampa Bay and Sarasota — from New Port Richey down to Venice — from our Saint Petersburg office, so most jobs are scheduled within days, not weeks.
What should I tell the homeowner it will cost?
Residential leak detection starts at $360, commercial diagnostics at $645, and every price is confirmed in writing before work begins. Point them to our pricing page — publishing our numbers up front is part of how we keep your referral comfortable.
What if it turns out there's no leak?
We tell the homeowner — and you — the truth. If the water loss is evaporation or an equipment issue, the written finding says exactly that. The diagnostic fee still applies because the full workup was performed, but nobody gets sold a repair they don’t need. That honesty is why pros keep referring us.
Do you handle commercial pools?
Yes — residential and commercial, including HOA, hotel, condo, and municipal pools. Commercial diagnostics are scaled by gutter suction grates, and we’re state certified (CPC 056992), licensed, and insured for both.
Can my techs learn what to look for before calling you?
Absolutely — that’s what the field checklist above is for. Bucket test results, pump-on vs. pump-off loss, and a photo of the suspect area make any referral sharper. Want our full bucket test instructions to hand to newer techs? Send us a note and we’ll get them to you.

Save the number. Look like a hero on your next leak call.

One contact in your phone solves every “my pool is losing water” conversation on your route — and keeps the customer, and the credit, with you. See us at IPSSA meetings around Tampa Bay, or just send the first job today.
